We had a great time working with Taryn and Art to sell our Russian Hill co-op in SF. They were both a pleasure to work with and are some of the most transparent agents we've ever worked with. Communication was top notch and very prompt. They also know the area like the back of their hands and really understand how to attract people to open houses and showings of properties. One thing we really valued was they host open houses themselves vs. having other colleagues host for them (like we've seen with many other agents) so they can get first hand, on the ground feedback on the property. We'd highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy/sell a place in SF!
